  • AUDIO GUEST BOOK RENTAL AGREEMENT

    This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Boujee Bridals (“Company”) and the Customer (“Renter”). By placing an order and completing checkout, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

    1. DELIVERY DETAILS

    • Renter is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout.

    • Renter is responsible for safely returning the equipment, signage, and charging cable 

    • A late fee of $30/day may apply for delays unless pre-arranged.

    2. RENTAL PACKAGE & FEES

    • The audio guestbook must be returned within 72 hours after the event with the prepaid shipping label provided with the package

    • Optional Add-ons: Custom Signage ($30), USB Drive ($25).

    • Digital delivery of recordings is included for free.

    • Final rental fee will be shown at checkout and/or in the invoice.

    3. CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: full refund minus $25 processing fee.

    • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: no refund

    4. SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGES

    • By booking, you authorize Boujee Bridals to charge your card on file up to $75.00 USD if the phone is not returned or is damaged

    5. USAGE TERMS

    • Renter agrees to use equipment with care and not tamper with internal components.

    • Device must remain in a safe, dry area away from liquids and unsupervised children.

    • Recordings will be shared within 14 business days after the event.

    6. DIGITAL FILE RETENTION POLICY

    • Digital audio recordings will be delivered via secure download link.

    • Customer is responsible for downloading and saving files upon receipt.

    • Files will be deleted 30 days after delivery and will no longer be retrievable.

    7. LIABILITY

    • Boujee Bridals is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once items are in the shipping carrier’s possession.

    • Boujee Bridals is not liable for missed recordings due to misuse, interference, power issues, or failure to follow instructions.

    8. AGREEMENT

    By completing checkout, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Rental Agreement.
