Refund Policy

At Boujee Bridals, every item is made with care. Because many of our products are custom and personalized, we have a strict return and refund policy. 

1. Non-Refundable Items

  • All custom and personalized products are nonrefundable and nonreturnable once the order is placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • While we take great care to package and deliver your items safely, we do accommodate refund requests if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged or defective.

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage, including the packaging if applicable, by emailing boujeebridals@gmail.com

  • After review and approval, we will offer:

    • A replacement of the same item (if possible), or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Refunds will only be issued for items damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects or if indicated otherwise.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect addresses provided, mishandling after delivery, or normal wear and tear.

4. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, returns are not required. If we request the item to be returned, we will provide instructions.
